1. Where do you deliver to ?

a. We deliver world-wide (where-ever there is an adequate delivery service)

2. How long will my order take to deliver ?

a. Please allow 10 working days within USA, Europe, UK and Oceania , elsewhere may take alittle longer

3. How can I pay for my order ?

a. For security we use the Paypal system , you can either pay using your paypal account or enter your credit card details where provided (no account necessary)

4. What if my goods turn up faulty or broken ?

a. We will happily replace any broken or faulty goods , simply send us an email or telephone us. (Details on the contact page)

5. Can I arrange my own courier to speed up delivery ?

a. Sure ! just contact us first to make arrangements (use the contact us page)

6. Are your products available in stores ?

a. Yes, our products are available in stores in some remarkably far flung parts of the world , in the USA (of course) UK , throughout Europe , Australia, New Zealand , South Africa, Singapore and even Iceland ! and many other countries .

7. Can I get a discount if I place large orders ( say a buyers club) ?

a. Absolutely, contact us with your intended purchases and we negotiate a discount and provide you with a discount voucher code.

8. I have a shop and would like to stock your products, what do I do ?
